In this half day program our faculty will explore the ins and outs of PAGA.  We will feature a review of recent PAGA Cases, learn how to draft PAGA letters and lawsuits as well as identifying issues worth pursuing under California ‘s Private Attorney General Act and discuss what is next for PAGA and PAGA cases. We will also look at the settlement of these claims and how best to set yourself up for productive settlement discussions.  We will conclude with tips for both sides on how to approach the settlement process and the most effective ways of documenting the settlement to obtain court approval.
